About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Architect to manage the architecture for a large-scale IT program focused on implementing a new Loyalty platform. This role will involve designing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with the organisation’s business and IT strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, supporting business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the architecture for a new Loyalty platform, ensuring it aligns with both program objectives and broader business and technology strategies.
2. Oversee critical systems and platforms, ensuring full integration and performance throughout the implementation.
3. Use commercial insights to identify areas for business growth and innovation within the loyalty ecosystem.
4. Ensure the end-to-end architectural integrity of the Loyalty platform implementation, meeting business transformation goals and operational requirements.
Skills and Experience:
5. Extensive experience managing program architectures for large-scale IT implementations.
6. Deep expertise across Applications, Information, Data, and Security Architecture, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions.
7. Proven experience leading transformational projects and successfully integrating new technologies into complex IT programs.
8. Ability to quickly assess impacts, recommend alternative solutions, and ensure smooth delivery across the program lifecycle.
9. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers within technology programs.
11. Experience with Loyalty platforms is highly desirable.
