CCQ has seven key priorities for health improvement: mental health, alcohol and other drugs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, digital health and older person's health.About the roleThe Senior Manager Education at Country to Coast QLD (CCQ) will oversee the operational management of CCQ's health education programs, ensuring they are engaging, high-quality, incorporate adult learning principles and flexible delivery models, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves driving stakeholder engagement with local primary health and community service providers, gathering and analysing data, identifying education priorities, and addressing emerging risks. Working closely with the Deputy Director of Education and Workforce, the Senior Manager Education will be responsible for meeting reporting requirements, measuring program outcomes, and improving health education planning in alignment with community needs.The position requires an AHPRA registered clinician with expertise in healthcare and education management. As a Senior Manager, the candidate will lead a small team (3) of Education & Workforce Coordinators, providing direction and delegating tasks to ensure seamless program execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong data literacy to inform and refine educational strategies based on insights drawn from local needs.
