We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and self-motivated Equipment Specialist to join our team. You will be someone who at your core strives for continuous learning and development, believes in teamwork and has a genuine passion to be a part of a progressive company. This position is based from our office in Noble Park, Melbourne, servicing customers within Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. As an Equipment Specialist, you will hold a key role in product sales and therefore will be highly skilled in the end-to-end sales process. We need a sales professional who is hungry for the sale.
A car allowance and tools of trade will be provided for this position.
Responsibilities Will Include
Increasing sales and obtaining new business from an allocated territory.
Fully immersing yourself into your territory to gain a solid understanding of dental products, customers and competitors.
Maintaining records that provide quick analysis of brands and customers.
Effectively providing management and key stakeholders with recommendations, estimates of future sales and market feedback.
Assisting in product training of the Territory Managers in co-operation with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager.
Interstate travel as required.
The Ideal Person For This Position Will
Have proven experience and success in high end, high caliber B2B sales.
Experience in dental product sales would be advantageous.
Have relevant experience at analyzing sales and market trends to assist in establishing an annual sales program as part of the overall marketing plan.
Be proactive, self-driven, self-sufficient and commercially aware.
Have a natural ability to quickly establish rapport, building and maintaining strong business relationships by providing added value to customers.
Be familiar and confident with computer business packages which include Excel and Outlook.
Experience using Salesforce and SAP (not required however would be advantageous).
Hold a current full driver's licence.
Australian citizen or permanent resident/have full Australian working rights and currently be living in Melbourne.
