Key Details
* Role Type: Full-time temporary position for approximately 3 months.
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
* Location: Full-time in the office to begin with two weeks of comprehensive training. Once trained, enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement with approximately two days per week in the office.
* Work Rights: Open to Australian citizens, residents, and eligible visa holders.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls for property claims lodgement with efficiency and professionalism.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
* Ensure accurate and detailed information is captured during calls.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and uphold service standards.

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
