Bring Your Expertise
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of achieving consistent sales results.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
* The ability to share our bank's unique value proposition and recommend products/services that meet customers' needs.
About the Role
This part-time, fixed-term position (ending January 2026) is based at our Ararat Branch, working 56 hours per fortnight. As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the face of our branch, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to educate customers, recommend products, and build strong connections within the community.
