If you're ready to take the next step in your finance journey, these roles could be the perfect fit for you The roles on offer include duties: Role 1: Accounts Assistant Completing of balance sheet and reconciliations Work with Month End Journal Input and accruals Assisting in Daily bank reconciliation and cash expense allocation Assisting in Auditing of yearly and quarterly Assisting in Completion of Statutory returns Assisting in accounts payable and receivable Assist monthly account preparation Maintain Registration of Company Phone/Motor Vehicle/Travel Perform ad-hoc duties, as required Role 2: Accounts Assistant (subsidiary business) Verification, coding and data entry of supplier invoices Prepare supplier payments for authorisation Create bank entry files and payments, and apply payments to invoices Reconcile supplier statements to invoices Process employee expense claims Data entry of customer orders, allocation of payments. Prepare and distribute accurate monthly statements to customers and follow-up on aged debtors Perform daily bank reconciliations Verify new customer / supplier details Monitor and action on the accounts inbox on a daily basis Assist with month-end processes and administrative tasks Perform ad-hoc duties, as required To be successful in these roles you will have: A positive mindset and be self motivated Strong numeracy skills Good verbal/written communication skills MS Excel and Word experience, and ability to pick up and learn new systems Ability to organise and prioritise tasks Flexible and able to work to deadlines High degree of accuracy and attention to detail This role is an office based role and does not offer hybrid working conditions.
