SA Health is currently seeking exceptional talent for multiple Temporary Contract positions as HR Business Partner, Senior & Principal Roles (ASO5 / ASO6 / ASO7) within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (LHN).In these pivotal roles, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of South Australians by providing expert HR consultancy and advisory services to senior management across various operational HR issues.
These include recruitment, retention, deployment, performance review and development, classification, workforce planning, and supporting the resolution of conflicts, underperformance, misconduct, or local-level grievances and disputes.As an ASO5 Human Resources Consultant, you will be accountable to the Director of People and Culture, delivering quality, consistent, and timely advice in accordance with SA Health Workforce policies and processes.
You will also participate in developing and facilitating information and training on human resources-related matters across designated sites.In the ASO6 Senior Human Resource Business Partner role, you will establish productive working relationships and work in partnership with designated groups, assisting in resolving complex and sensitive operational HR issues.
You will play a crucial role in empowering these groups to become more self-sufficient in HR management responsibilities and fostering a continuous improvement approach to staff management.At the ASO7 Principal Human Resource Business Partner level, you will actively influence the direction of HR management practices, processes, and policies by researching, assessing, and responding to policy issues, identifying emerging trends and risks in human resources.
