About the Role:
This role is pivotal in supporting the business by delivering effective HR services across recruitment, onboarding, and the broader employment lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of resourcing for technical and trade-qualified roles.
The position is full-time, with flexibility in start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on sourcing high-quality profiles for trade-qualified, technical, and engineering positions.
* Managing short turnaround recruitment needs while maintaining process integrity and high standards.
* Supporting the HR function across the full employment lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you will ideally have:
* Industry Experience: Background in Oil & Gas highly desirable; construction or mining experience will also be considered.
* Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent commercial experience.
* Expertise: Proven success in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, with the capability and enthusiasm to learn and grow in areas of HR outside your current expertise.
