Position Overview Lendlease is searching for a Quality Manager to join our Victorian Construction Team, working on the Melton Hospital project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role will focus on working with the project team to manage the quality functions for the project and assist the project team in ensuring the works meet the specified quality requirements and follow the management system requirements.
Key Responsibilities Producing and managing the Project Quality Control Master schedule and ensuring submissions align with the requirements of the schedule. Reviewing business CiDD requirements and ensuring the consultant team and trade contractors are adhering to the latest requirements. Managing the 3rd party inspection process on site as required. Managing the trade contractor submissions schedule. Implementing and monitoring Lendlease internal quality control processes. To be successful you will need: Relevant experience in Quality Management systems, practice, and support roles. Experience on large scale $100m commercial construction projects. Healthcare project experience preferred. Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in managing quality. Implemented processes, and the ability to continuously evaluate and refine a clearly communicated process. Excellent time management skills and strong planning and prioritization abilities.
