This a a full time position working Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
* Manage and update the database and CRM systems.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, buyers, solicitors, and contractors.
* Coordinate, schedule and attend property viewings and meetings.
* Prepare marketing materials and assist in the promotion of listings.
* Handle enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
To Succeed in This Role, You Must Have:
* Prior experience in providing administrative support to a real estate sales team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with others.
Requirements:
* Availability to work full-time from Tuesday to Saturday.
* A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
* A Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
