Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the IT consulting or technology industry. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver persuasive presentations. Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Deep understanding of the IT consulting industry, market dynamics, and trends. Ability to analyze market data and leverage insights to develop targeted sales strategies and business development plans. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
