The Role:
As the Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of approx. 200 properties locally. With plenty of support (assistance from a fantastic Department Head, Leasing Consultant, and Administrator), this is an exciting opportunity to join a Property Management department within a five-star reputation and an award-winning team. You will be responsible for:
* Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of 200 properties locally
* Effectively liaise with clients and tenants
* Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
* Complete repairs & maintenance management
* Arrears control
* Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
* Working towards targets and KPI’S
* NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in Property Management
* A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to communicate with all types of people and negotiate
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
