Deloitte's ServiceNow Offering is a leading provider of ServiceNow consulting and implementation services.We are dedicated to helping our clients leverage the power of ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and achieve their business objectives.Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.About the role Deloitte's ServiceNow Offering is seeking a Director who can drive ServiceNow opportunities in the market while also providing delivery leadership.You are someone who can: Lead the identification and capitalize on business development opportunities, leveraging the ServiceNow platform to create market-differentiated offerings Drive sales efforts by leading pre-sales support, demonstrating deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, and showcasing the value proposition to prospective clients Collaborate closely with client-facing Directors and Partners at Deloitte to meet targets, goals, and objectives, with a specific focus on driving differentiated transformation solutions using ServiceNow Formulate and lead pre-sales technical/functional support activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, to articulate the benefits of ServiceNow solutions Develop compelling solutions for large and complex sales opportunities, including value propositions, customer business cases, package roadmaps, and architectures Utilize specialist knowledge of business processes and the ServiceNow product suite to expand the solution footprint and align with clients' articulated business strategy Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the ServiceNow technology/application to client business needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and positioning ServiceNow as the solution to address their challenges Oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate actively, share knowledge, and promote best practices among the internal Deloitte ServiceNow team Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and how they can be applied to solve client problems Enough about us, let's talk about you.As the Director, you will play a critical role in leading pre-sales activities, providing product and architecture advice, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of ServiceNow solutions to clients.Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.You are someone with: Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a sales-focused role within the technology industry, with a proven track record of driving successful sales and exceeding targets Strong pre-sales experience, including conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions In-depth knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform, including its various applications, integrations, and technical capabilities Ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities, creating compelling value propositions and business cases for ServiceNow implementations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and position ServiceNow as the solution Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, driving alignment and delivering successful outcomes Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop delivery teams Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and solutions Why Deloitte?At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.We're always learning, innovating and setting the standard;
