About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a retail superstar who is ready to take the reins and lead a dynamic team of employees and dedicated volunteers. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of retail operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be key in driving innovation and growth, while managing the logistics of our high-volume donations.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced in retail but who also brings a fresh, creative approach to problem-solving and team leadership. You should have:
* Proven Experience: A strong background in customer service, with experience in financial management, team leadership, and service quality.
* Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively, ensuring alignment with our values and goals.
* Strategic Vision: A track record of driving operational growth through innovation and excellence.
* Change Management: Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Communication & Tech Savvy: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in technology (Microsoft Suite) and experience with financial and HR management systems.
This is a full-time role requiring weekday and Saturday work. A valid driver’s license is essential. Successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check and obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
