In some cases, this involves providing a payment plan summary and quotation of any additional amounts required to be recovered or surplus amounts that can be returned throughout the life of the novated lease arrangement. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Proactively use daily workflow tools to prioritise salary packaging contracts that require may require adjustments Analyse and forecast future expenses to align with customers vehicle specifications and estimated Kilometre travels Provide education and awareness to customers following any assessment undertaken both verbally and in writing Comprehensively learn and understand SG Fleet's products, processes and systems and ensure the timely update of systems with details of actions, comments, and communication as per company policy and procedure, maintaining excellent systems notes that are accurate and complete Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide professional outcome to all customer queries, whilst always being conscious of the end-to-end delivery stream that is invisible to the external customer SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Effective communication verbally and in writing Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Strong technical/numerical Skills High attention to details Experience in creating teamwork in a customer focus driven role WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offer work-life balance and career development.
