We currently have an overnight sleep position in Yangebup for a Female Support Worker with experience in Dementia Awareness, Epilepsy, and Midazolam. Please review the roster attached and apply if these hours suit your lifestyle and availability.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
* Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
* Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed;
* Administration duties, expense, and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need:
* Experience with Dementia Awareness, Epilepsy, and Midazolam;
* Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
* Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
* Significant personal care and domestic duties experience;
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
* Cert III in Disability, Individual Support, or higher is essential;
* Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
