We are seeking a part-time Finance and Office Administrator to join our team for two days per week or reduced hours over three days.
This exciting opportunity combines finance with office administration in a creative and dynamic environment.
The Role
* Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide operational, administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the business.
* Your responsibilities include:
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Supporting the Office Manager with payroll processing and maintaining accurate accounting records
* Managing office operations, including ordering supplies and stationary, maintaining the kitchen duty roster
* Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
* Assisting with the coordination of company events and team-building activities
The ideal candidate will have:
* Finance experience including accounts payable and accounts receivable is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Availability to work in the office - flexible hours are offered, can either work 2 days per week or reduced hours over 3 days
