The role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's warehouse operations across all national locations. Main duties/Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a national warehousing strategy aligned with organisational goals. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all warehouses to ensure efficient workflows. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse managers and their teams. Inventory and Asset Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation through periodic audits. Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean warehousing principles. Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety and implement risk management strategies. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations. Skills & Experience 7 years of experience in warehouse management, including multi-location oversight. Demonstrated success in optimizing large-scale warehouse operations. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. Willingness to travel nationally to warehouse sites as needed.
