Our client is a well-known government organisation who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant to join their dynamic Client Services team based in Parramatta.
This exciting opportunity has an ASAP start on a contract until the 20th October 2024, on-site 5 days in their Parramatta office.

The Job
Reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
4. Performing a range of clerical support activities to support business unit operations including records management, document preparation and email inbox management
5. Completing claim forms, requesting invoices and receipts as well as liaising with stakeholders to obtain relevant documents
6. Responding to client queries over the phone and via email, providing information, resolving issues and redirecting matters
7. Matching payments and updating financial records
You
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
8. Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar Client Service and/or Administration Officer role
9. Experience working within a claims processing capacity will be highly beneficial
10. Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases
11. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
12. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
