We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor/Foreman with a strong carpentry background.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials.
Problem-solve on-site issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements: Carpentry trade qualification with strong hands-on experience.
Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in commercial/industrial construction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and compliance standards.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Current White Card and relevant licenses.
