The Role:
Open to entry-level candidates!
* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Greeting clients
* Managing keys and conducting key handover
* Assist the Sales team with contracts, etc
* Assisting the Property Management team with admin
* Ensuring office presentation is immaculate
* Updating files
About you:
* Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
* Immaculate presentation
* Willingness to learn
* Previous administrative or Real Estate experience highly regarded
* Real Estate Certificate is required
