About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team. Responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support
* Overseeing invoices and purchases
* Responding to emails and enquiries
* Assisting with quotes and project support
* Completing inductions and OH&S paperwork
* Being on call to address urgent operational needs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the trades industry
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* An understanding of invoicing and purchase order processes
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in XERO and Tradeify (desirable)
