About the opportunity
The Men's Behaviour Change Group Co-Facilitator and case worker will work in a multidisciplinary Family Violence team, to meet the high demand for men's family violence services in accordance with the No To Violence framework. The service aims to reduce the incidence of family violence through group facilitation of men's behaviour change programs. Each day you spend with us will demonstrate your commitment to the safety of children, women, and men in our community. And best of all, you'll be making a difference, every single day, to families going through some of their most difficult times.
To be successful in this role, you will meet the following Selection Criteria:
✅ A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent.
✅ Demonstrated experience in family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts.
✅ Strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and effective communication.
✅ High level of integrity, accountability, and respect for diversity.
✅ Current worker validations (Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Working Screening, Covid-19 and yearly Influenza)
