About the role: We’re currently seeking for a proactive and organised Facilities Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping operations running smoothly and has a passion for delivering exceptional internal customer service. Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across our national network of offices, focusing on facilities, property, and fleet operations. You’ll play a key part in keeping our sites compliant, our vehicles on the road, and our teams supported — all while ensuring we meet internal service levels and maintain a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage property and fleet enquiries via central inboxes and support tickets. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance (OH&S, test & tag, etc.). Maintain databases of suppliers, trades, and fleet drivers. Assist with office fit-outs, relocations, and closures. Oversee vehicle servicing, fuel usage, infringements, and logbook compliance. Update driver and lease information, assist with FBT reporting. Process recurring property and fleet-related invoices. Monitor contract performance and assist with insurance claims. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
