Senior Creator & Influencer Manager
You will join Nimble Creators, the fastest-growing product within Jack Nimble, redefining how brands collaborate with creators.
This role goes beyond traditional influencer marketing. You will lead the charge in identifying and managing creator partnerships, driving bold, social-first content strategies, and inspiring the team to embrace a creator-led mindset.

Responsibilities:
* Research and identify creators/influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand values.
* Build and maintain relationships with creators to foster collaboration and trust throughout campaigns.
* Negotiate talent contracts, ensuring favourable terms and adherence to campaign objectives.
* Write compelling briefs and guidelines to inspire creators and align their work with campaign goals.
* Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualise innovative, platform-specific content strategies.
* Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content approvals, scheduling, and reporting.
* Stay up to date with social media trends and creator economy developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
* Analyse campaign performance using data tools to extract insights.
* Work with internal teams such as creative and accounts to seamlessly integrate influencer strategies into larger marketing initiatives.
* Maintain and update an influencer database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
* Champion creators internally, inspiring the team to adopt a creator-led approach in their thinking and strategies.
Requirements:
* Confident communicator, adept at building strong relationships with creators.
* Highly skilled in negotiating contracts and managing deliverables with talent.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and creator economy trends.
* Proficient in crafting creative content concepts tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
* Highly organised, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Data-savvy, able to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
