Competitive salary package: $60,000 - $75,000 super A highly respected firm with a strong focus on client satisfaction and integrity Work on St Kilda Road with modern office facilities Opportunities for growth and development within the wealth management industry Be part of a team-driven culture that values continuous improvement and collaboration Key Responsibilities Reconcile daily transactions in the CLASS platform Assist in preparing and maintaining annual tax reports and documentation Collaborate with the SMSF Manager to ensure CLASS is kept up to date and functional Handle accounting enquiries, including annual tax statement follow-ups and updates to member balances Manage pensions, TBAR reportable events, and Super Centric queries/lodgements Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across workflows What you bring to the table 1 years of experience in wealth management or accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of CLASS software highly regarded but not essential RG146 qualification or Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting highly valued Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce which values all backgrounds and experiences.
