Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator and receptionist to join our admin team in a full time role. In this position you will support with both patient administration and reception which will mean you have a really interesting scope of duties. Your daily tasks will include;
* Reception - providing phone & face to face patient care
* Consultation preparation - scanning, preparing patient files, following up referrals and actioning any doctor requests.
* Accounts - generating invoices, taking payment and daily reconciliations
* Patient administration - taking bookings, lodging Heathfund and Medicare rebates, updating the patient database and general administration duties.
In this role you will be working as part of a small team, so we are really looking for someone who has a broad skill set and happy to work across a range of different duties in a flexible way.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for an experienced Administration Assistant or receptionist, ideally with some experience in healthcare, however this is not essential.
It is a really varied and dynamic role, so that must be something that appeals to you. No one day will be the same, you will need to prioritise and plan each day and have a real desire to learn (with a genuine interest in Fertility).
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a real passion for providing exceptional patient care, strong PC skills and the ability to learn new technology with ease (you will work across a number of systems in this role. It is a real opportunity to develop your skills and move into a role where you really feel like you are working with a true sense of purpose.
