Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Executive Assistant, Head of Auctions, and the broader team.In this role, you will be responsible for:Being the primary point of contact for managing activities and communications for the Executive Assistant and Head of AuctionsPerforming reception duties such as welcoming clients, answering incoming phone calls and emails, setting up meeting rooms for meetings and other general duties as requiredPerforming a wide range of administrative tasks, including organizing travel, managing correspondence, coordinating events and assisting with newsletter preparationScheduling and confirming appointments, office visitation plans, conference calls and calls to business ownersAssisting in the development and implementation of state, national, and international projectsContributing actively to the Brisbane-based team and the wider Harcourts familyMaintaining professional and accurate communication, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.About YouOur ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in both communication and organizational skills.
