SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to support a Year 3 student with challenging behaviour at a welcoming primary school in London.
The Role:
1. Provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 student with challenging behaviour
2. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote engagement and progress
3. Create a structured and supportive learning environment
4. Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning materials and strategies
5. Support the student's social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a school setting is essential
2. Strong behaviour management skills and a patient approach are required
3. Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and special educational needs is necessary
4. A valid DBS check is mandatory
5. A commitment to a full-time, long-term role is expected
