The role is part-time, during business hours and offers great life/work balance.Your main duties will include: Provide clinical leadership for the social work department, including oversight of a specific departmental portfolio (e.g. Support for Carers program, Support at Home program, etc.)Coordinate CHSP funded programs at CHCB including: budget monitoring, ensuring reporting requirements are met, and provide leadership and support to the CHSP teamProvide specialist clinical social work services for people living with palliative and/or progressive neurological conditions in community, inpatient and/or ambulatory settings and external purchasing agencies when/if directed to by the Allied Health Head of DepartmentAbout you: Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social WorkDemonstrated and ongoing entitlement to work in AustraliaEligible to be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)Strong knowledge and experience working in the Aged Care Services SectorStrong leadership and clinical supervision skillsWhy work for Calvary?
