Project Services and Urban Planning Specialists
Our team in Melbourne is growing, and we have new opportunities for experienced professionals from the project or advisory environments at all levels from the following project areas:
* Project Manager,
* Urban Planner,
* Urban Designer,
* Project Control,
* Project Cost Control,
* Project Planner & Project Scheduler,
* Project Design Manager
We provide integrated project management, PMO, project controls, project delivery, planning and design, and contract compliance and assurance advice using data-driven tools and methodologies.
The Melbourne infrastructure, energy, water, and rail sectors are seeing continued growth in projects and investment. Our Project and Program Delivery team work hand in hand with our clients to support their strategic infrastructure investments by planning, designing, scoping, and delivering major complex projects.
You will bring recent experience in delivering client-side, government, or advisory project management, project controls, urban planning/design or project delivery services across infrastructure projects or capital-intensive industries and you will:
* Develop, assess, and manage key project elements such as cost, risk, planning, scheduling, and budgets.
* Review and lead programs of work, identify and manage risks, support project procurement, understand approvals, and provide project updates to stakeholders.
* Understand and solve client problems and mitigating risks when delivering projects.

* Previous experience in a project environment, across all stages from concept to delivery, in complex infrastructure programs or capital-intensive industries.
* Previous consulting and/or advisory experiences in a Project Management or Urban Planning consultancy, Head Contractor, Construction management or within Government would be beneficial.
* Experience in setting up and monitoring project schedules, costs estimates, resources, and finances systems and processes across all stages of a project lifecycle.
* An understanding or experience of delivery risk from an owners' team perspective.
* Experience using industry planning, cost, and project management software systems.
* Tertiary qualifications, such as Project Management, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics.
* Membership and certification with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM) or similar is encouraged.
