dynamic team, we run the School of Tech as part of a Federated group dedicated to learning & capability at REA.We drive learning through:Managing the School of Tech!Designing & delivering the REA Tech Onboarding program.Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to build in-house learning programs.Helping our Guilds succeed (our internal communities of practice).Sponsoring tech events, meetups and communities.Negotiating access to great external tech learning resources & courses.What the role is all aboutAs our Tech Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of making our learning programs happen.You'll wear many hats from helping learners, administering REA University, to handling logistics for events, and finding ways to make everything run smoothly.You will:Handle admin for our Tech Onboarding Program – you'll schedule sessions, make sure new hires are invited, and support our trainers.Help with logistics for tech events both inside and outside REA – think managing tickets, setting up spaces, and making sure everything goes to plan.Support our Guild leaders (that run our tech interest groups) with things like sponsorship requests and improving community admin.Become our go-to person for our online learning platform – you'll help people access courses and solve any issues they have.Be the friendly point of contact that helps our tech community with their learning questions and requests.Keep our team sites up-to-date with clear, helpful information about our service offering.Support our team's Agile rituals (if you're new to Agile project management, don't worry – we'll teach you!).Help keep an eye on our budget when submitting expenses and organising signatures on new contracts.Who we're looking forSomeone process oriented who enjoys helping things run smoothly.Good at staying organised and juggling different tasks.Comfortable talking to all sorts of people and explaining things clearly.A problem-solver who likes to find better ways of doing things.Keen to learn and use different tools and apps.We're experimenting with automating co-ordination with Slack Workflows and Power Automate.Knowledge or experience in any of the following would be a plus: L&D, co-ordination/admin, agile project management, hospitality, events, organising communities, communications, workplace / facilities management, customer support.The
