The role is responsible for: Planning and executing change management activities to support the adoption of ICT initiatives Developing, delivering and reporting on training strategies, programs and advice to address ICT training needs related to initiatives and practices Collaborating with cross-functional teams within ICT and across DCP to create and implement change management and training strategies Ensuring the successful implementation and utilisation of new and enhanced business system capabilities. About You We are looking for an individual with experience in supporting people through changes to the way they work with technology and each other. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to apply change management & training frameworks, methodologies and tools to support a variety of stakeholders within DCP and beyond. If you can work independently under broad direction, prioritise conflicting demands and develop schedules aligned with corporate objectives, then this may be the ideal role for you.
