We are looking for an Onsite Service Coordinator for our client based in Joondalup.
1. Managing all service calls in a timely and accurate manner
2. Monitoring the activity of SEs and meeting contractual obligations
3. Reallocating/rescheduling declined/returned jobs whilst maintaining contact with customers
4. Compiling quotations for SEs as required
5. Completing spreadsheets
