Job Overview: The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals with leadership and creating a plan to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals and providing coaching and direction.Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.Monitor the progress of the team and improve departmental performance.Minimum Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
