We are looking for a Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Brunswick—someone who is as passionate about clinical practice as they are about contributing to the development of others.
This unique opportunity begins in May 2025 and is available as a 4 or 5-day employed position, depending on the needs of the successful candidate.

The Role:
As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the delivery of high-quality clinical care. Your main focus will be providing therapeutic services to our diverse client base, with capacity for supporting and mentoring fellow psychologists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base, addressing a range of mental health issues with compassion and expertise.
2. Inspire and support a team of psychologists in a warm and inclusive manner.
3. Coordinate team meetings to foster collaboration and professional development.
4. Provide secondary consultation support.
5. Collaborate and support early career clinicians in their learning and professional needs.
6. Ensure that the delivery of psychology services aligns with the values and standards of Seed Psychology.
Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology.
2. Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience.
3. Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
4. Board Supervisor approval for primary and secondary supervision of registrars or fully registered Psychologists, or the ability to become approved.
5. Must have worked in a clinical or health related setting.
Experience:
1. Experience in working alongside and supporting teams.
2. Demonstrated competence in working with individuals with a range of mental health issues.
3. Skilled in planning and providing evidence-based psychological services.
4. Experience in initiating, planning, and evaluating service improvement initiatives, as well as providing support and supervision to peers and other personnel.

2. Capable of working autonomously within a team, consistently meeting deadlines through effective organisation and time management.
