To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong Practical & Technical Skills – Ability to perform venepuncture, specimen collection, courier runs, sorting, and accessioning of specimens following established protocols. Experience in data entry, specimen preparation, storage, and transport is highly valued. Excellent Customer Service & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers. Ability to Work Under General Direction – Demonstrated ability to apply acquired skills and knowledge in a laboratory environment, working independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Organisational & Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workflow, and contribute to the smooth operation of laboratory services in a fast-paced setting.
