The Opportunity
HCA's Canberra branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join the team in the position of a Customer Support Representative for our Canberra and Riverina region. This role will have you selling market leading products and service across the range of Hitachi and Bell products.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with customers
2. Visit customer sites and conduct machine inspection to determine suitable rectification to customer issues
3. Promotion of the Hitachi range of parts and service to achieve budgeted sales targets
4. Identify areas for business growth and develop suitable strategies to generate grow parts and service sales
5. Accurate and timely reporting of key customer information
6. Ensuring that all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders are conducted professionally and all requests followed up as required

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
13. Demonstrated service sales or parts interpreting experience within the Mining, Construction or Earthmoving industry will be advantageous
14. Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
15. A motivated and ambitious commitment to meet and exceed sales targets
16. Strategic and Analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM
17. Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills
18. Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and a current driver's license
