As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple sites within the School Cleaning portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will lead operational success, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded while fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:
* Building strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals
* Coaching teams to ensure sustainable service and safety performance
* Fostering continuous improvement through innovation and feedback
* Delivering operational efficiency and meeting budgeted outcomes

* 2+ years of experience managing multi-site portfolios or services
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
* Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
* Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Relevant industry experience
