About the Role
As a Painter at Amana Living, you will be responsible for performing painting tasks in various units and rooms across our residential and retirement living facilities.
The role requires a high level of physical capabilities, including constant activity varying from low to high intensity. You will work independently, alternating between walking and standing for long periods.
* You will perform unit prep's in coordination with other staff members once the resident has vacated the property.
* Paint rooms/units in various facilities, including Retirement Living Units, Hostel and Nursing Homes.
* Receive paint jobs from the property helpdesk.
* Purchase paints and materials from our agreed contractors' list.
* You may need to paint a unit while the resident is still living there, which may require removing fixtures off the walls and moving furniture around.
We are looking for someone who can hold a trade qualification in Painting, have a current WA Drivers Licence, and meet the necessary vaccination requirements.
