The exciting opportunity:
* Role available due to growth and restructure
* Provide leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight for residential aged care, home care and retirement living services
* Translate strategic direction into organisational objectives to achieve desired outcomes
* Manage, inspire and mentor Service Managers, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning, enabling career pathways, skills development and retention
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care and regulatory compliance with efficacy and transparency
* Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive commercial growth and sustainability
* Identify and champion opportunities for innovation in daily operations, continuous improvement and customer service
* Build and maintain relationships with the community, network to identify partnerships, grow client numbers, enhance the brand, promote customer experience and support occupancy

About you:
* Registration with AHPRA as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or other Allied Health discipline is essential
* An impressive track record in an Operations or Executive Manager role in aged care, community services or other health sector
* Solution oriented and outcomes focused, with a demonstrated ability translating strategic directions into operations
* Influential, supportive and collaborative leader who is engaging, motivated and drives a culture aligned with organisational values
* Strong business and financial acumen; able to manage competing resources whilst delivering contemporary care and services with sustainable results
* Innovative, adaptable, empathetic, accountable and constantly striving for excellence
