We are seeking a passionate and supportive Personal Trainer to join our team at Snap Fitness Footscray in partnership with Jamie Fitness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help women build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits through movement, mindset, and motivation.
You will be stepping into a fully supported coaching role with no rent, no admin, and no sales pressure—so you can focus entirely on coaching and connection.

Key Responsibilities
* Coach Strength-Based Training - Guide clients with structured, effective programs tailored to their goals
* Create a Supportive Coaching Environment - Build trust and comfort for women of all backgrounds and fitness levels
* Track & Adapt Programs - Help clients stay motivated and on track toward real progress
Requirements
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing)
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* Working with Children Check
* Flexible availability and car ownership preferred
About Jamie Fitness
* Earn $37.05-$46/hr through our scaling pay system
* No rent or expenses - Keep everything you earn
