THE ROLE:
As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will support the team with essential tasks, including:
* Processing and Coordinating Requests: Assist in handling requests from clients, ensuring all details are communicated clearly.
* Maintaining Records: Help keep accurate records, including tracking information and statuses. Contribute to regular reports on activities.
* Raising Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders as needed.
* Handling Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation to ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.
* General Office Duties: Assist with various office and reception tasks as required.
