Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service Driving the store and team to meet weekly & monthly targets Lead product education and training for existing and new products Present the store to the highest standard Manage post-purchase customer communications Manage stock and ordering processes Assist with local partnerships, events, and business council activations Manage team rosters and schedules Lead store team through clear and effective communication Onboard, train, and assist in recruiting on-brand staff What's In It For You?
