You will also play a crucial role in providing communication support across key change and transformation initiatives.About the team These communications roles are part of the Corporate Internal Communications team within the broader Community Division. You will join a friendly, highly motivated team with a diverse skill set dedicated to engaging, educating, and influencing our employees.What we're looking for Extensive experience in a communications position.Demonstrated ability to understand communications needs and provide solutions for all levels of an organisation.Ability to develop communication plans and clear and compelling content for a range of communication channels.Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a concise, accurate and user-friendly manner to a non-technical audience.Experience working with key internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to design, develop and produce digital and physical communication products.Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as intranets, email marketing software and basic design software.Experience in planning and delivering events.Experience managing end-to-end communication projects and/or working within a broader cross-functional project team.Demonstrated ability to understand both large and small scale change and transformation projects and manage communications to support successful delivery of the change.Agile and adaptable team player Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional working relationships across the organisation at all levels and with external providers.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Why you'll love it here There's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
