From 21 offices in 9 countries, with projects in over 80 locations worldwide, we create sustainable outcomes for our people, clients and communities.Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join our team in our Perth office.About the roleAssist project teams in locating documentation in the relevant Document Management Systems (Aconex/SDx)Register documentation from internal and external sources by promptly and accurately recording details and filing in appropriate locations.Complete general Document Control activities such as filing, email management, distributing of data and receipt of data.Set up and maintain a controlled hard copy set of drawingsRegister incoming site vendor data where necessary and circulate for reviewReturn reviewed vendor data to the Perth Office (or Contractor) as requiredTransmit ad hoc data to sub-contractors as requested by site teamsRegister site generated data into the DMSRun reports as requested for both internal and external partiesAbout youPrevious Document Control experience within an engineering environmentProven experience with document management systemsPrior experience with Aconex and SDx would be highly regardedRelevant vendor management experience highly regardedWhy Ausenco?We support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths.
