Customer Service Agent | Sydney

Reporting to the NSW Head of Sales and Customer, the primary purpose of the Customer Service Agent's role is to provide a quality and professional level of service to our customers. This is achieved through being responsive to Hymix's customers' needs as well as accurately and efficiently managing their concrete.
In your new role, you will:
1. Deliver a great customer experience
2. Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia
3. Effectively manage customer orders for concrete
