The Team Leaders play a crucial role in the Older Persons Mental Health Service's Reform. We are seeking individuals who want to collaborate with our management, frontline staff (nursing, allied health, and other important roles) and key stakeholders in our South Community Teams in partnership with our Statewide Inpatient Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads and manages the coordination of patient care within the OPMHS South Community Teams in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework.
* Provides leadership in contemporary nursing/allied health practice and promotes an environment conducive to innovation and change.
* Manages the financial, physical, and human resources of the OPMHS South Community Teams to achieve agreed service outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
* Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registration with the relevant National Board or full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.
* Current Working with Children Registration.
* Current Driver's Licence.
