Job Description
We're changing at a rapid rate, giving you challenging work that you'll be proud of. As an Accounts Payable Administrator working for Kmart Group, you will:
* Investigate and resolve queries from internal & external stakeholders in relation to unpaid or disputed invoices, claims and payments.
* Investigate and resolve queries relating to our Vendor Invoicing Workflow (VIM).
* Efficiently address and resolve queries from generic Mailboxes.
* Liaise with distribution centres, stores, suppliers and buying teams to resolve and identify opportunities for improvements.
* Prepare monthly accruals & business reconciliations.
Requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and take initiative in following through to resolution.
* A strong customer focus, sound negotiation skills with a professional approach to stakeholder relationships.
* Effective planning and time management skills.
* The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
* Solid knowledge of SAP Financial System.
* Computer literacy including the Microsoft package with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including appropriate manner and ability to effectively handle telephone queries.
* Understanding of the basic accounting principles including GST issues.
