About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Administration Manager to join a dynamic team in South West Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in retail, leasing, or property management.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by managing key administrative functions, financial reporting, and lease administration.Key Responsibilities:Data & Lease Administration – Maintain accurate lease and tenant records, process lease agreements, and ensure compliance with policies.Client & Statutory Reporting – Prepare and manage reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Financial Administration – Assist with budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Facilities Management Administration – Support maintenance scheduling, contractor coordination, and compliance tracking.Retail Administration – Oversee day-to-day retail operations, liaising with tenants and ensuring smooth business processes.About You:Previous experience in administration within retail, leasing, or property management.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and career growth opportunities.Work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.Supportive team and company culture.If this sounds like your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
